Sounds files are not included in the source tar ball. Either grab the tar ball
from http://karlsbakk.net/callweaver/sounds/gsm-sounds.tar.gz, or checkout the
source files in 44100Hz format and transcode them to fill you needs. To check
them out from the subversion repository, run

svn co http://roy@svn.callweaver.org/callweaver-sounds
